Russia- Great contrasts between regions

The survey of the Rusian Poultry Union for the year 2004 highlighted the very diverse situation throughout the country for both poultry and egg production. Domestic poultry production has steadily increased since 1997 and could reach 10.2 kg/inhabitant in 2005.
