Hendrix Genetics acquires Integra Avigen

Hendrix Genetics has completed the acquisition of Trouw Nutrition Biofaktory's majority shareholding in Integra, based in Zabcice, the Czech Republic. Integra was founded in 1990 and produces Isa, Bovans and Hisex commercial layers.
